A yummy and caffeinated start to my day!

(2 cans pictured to include nutritional information, I only drank 1)

I also had a breakfast burrito made from a fat free flour tortilla, an egg, a slice of reduced-fat provolone cheese, and half a slice of lean deli ham. No picture of the burrito because it was consumed during my commute. 9 WWP+, 3 for the coffee, 6 for the burrito.

Almost better than a cupcake

I ran into a friend I hadn’t seen in 2 months yesterday.  She asked me what I had been doing.  I explained, not too much, took some time off for Christmas, getting back in the swing at work, etc.   She exclaimed “That’s not what I meant, I meant your weight loss!” You see, I didn’t think it was noticeable, because I see it everyday – her acknowledgement gave me such a great feeling.

It was almost better than a cupcake…not quite better… but almost.

And cupcakes won’t make me thinner tomorrow.

Starting the New Year off Right!

On the right track for a thinner tomorrow.

I’ve been following the Weight Watchers program since November 4th and I managed to stay on program during the holidays, even managing to lose another 4 pounds!  Today’s weigh-in pushed me over my 10% weight loss mini-goal.

After discovering Gina’s Skinny Recipes, I made Sante Fe Chicken over rice with chopped avocado for supper tonight.  Delish!  Thank you Gina for sharing such an amazing recipe.  Bonus: leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Now to keep it up for a thinner tomorrow…
